  1. Thanks everyone. Sorry I haven't been a very good particpant lately. I have some projects that are consuming a lot of time. I love this forum, this great sport, and especially all my great friends.:cheers: :cheers:

  2. I bet BOZ1911 will be too skeered of gettin his arse whupped to show.

    :sight:

    Sorry to be late to the party. I've never shot a steel match but surely you're not inferring that you could beat me??? :surprise: Remember, smoking that stuff can be harmful to your health.:sight:

    SCORES?? Want to see who has been smoking what..............

    Don't worry Randall, after emptying a big stick on the second steel plate of the match, Singlesmack removed his score sheet for open.............:roflol: :roflol: :roflol:

  3. Cost of brass would add up in a hurry. A reliable 10mm SS would be fine in SS. Finding a load that was major with a powder that somewhat fills the case might be a little issue. I certainlly would not want to shoot my "normal" 10mm load. :surprise:

  4. Welcome aboard, my friend :cheers:

    Thanks, Paul!

    Paul's on near permanent probabtion for his plastic escapades - blasphemy officially. Aw, heck. It's probably permanent.

    :sight::ph34r::roflol:

    Not looking good Paul, will three days of probation make ya feel better?

  5. I use a safe sided file to do the squaring up part so that I am on removing material from the upper part of the lip and not the mag body. Take your time Manny and check fit often.

  6. Being able to see through something doesn't make it soft cover.

    The safe bet is to assume hard cover unless the stage briefing says otherwise.

    Only asking about soft cover. Does declared soft cover start at the ground (even if it starts 3 feet up) and therefore acts just like hardcover? Or can I shoot under it? Perhaps that's clearer.
