  1. I have the 21" with extended chokes. I bounce between diffuser and LM chokes and rarely have issues knocking down steel. I run any 1-1/8oz that is cheap for practice, usually federal bulk pack. And switch to AA's or Rem Nitro express for bigger matches.

  2. +1 for the King. I have tried almost all caddies and nothing compares to the Kings. This hold 28 rounds in the same space as other 20rd rigs. I am really liking this setup for shotgun heavy stages or divisions where belt space is a premium. I have tried the weight belt type rigs in the past and this is much more comfortable. The thin shoulder straps do not interfere with shouldering the rifle or shotgun and keeps the Caddy secure and from slipping down without suffocating yourself to keep it in place. Buckles at all points make it easy to get into and out of.

Started with a Nova, now run a SN.

Most desirable difference for me was the ability to adjust cant and drop of the stock. Other than that both received: mag cutoff removal, front stock cut/modified for easier loading and to eliminate possible binding, removed textured lines from bolt release lever and rounded the ends, action arms and bolt surfaces smoothed and diamond honed, forcing cone lengthened, added mercury reducer, loading port mods, stippled stocks, limbsaver recoil pad and added flip up sights for slugs.

I've seen some have the action arms shortened for faster cycling but I've also witnessed those same action arms break in pieces during a match...

This is exactly the kind of info I am looking for. Thank You!

Buckshot still happens in 3 gun? Why?

I have shot a few matches lately where they are requiring buck on paper instead of slugs. The reasoning behind it is trying to limit the number of DQ's when shooters lose track of the candycane and slug an activator on say a swinger or clamshell. The problem is then you are removing the skill of mixing loads if you can then just buckshot all the steel and paper.

Pardon my ignorance, but, what does this lifter modification do compared to the stock one?  I've got a M3000 that was pretty well tricked out by MOA a few years ago so it presently has whatever they did back then.

It works like the auto load on the browning a5. When the bolt locks to the rear on an empty gun, you can still load the tube and it automatically chambers the round

Not the same system i think. Josh Kenny's lifter is a drop in parts, and MOA need to send the gun, no?

I believe you are correct,  I haven't seen anything else on Kennys lifter besides the youtube video. With MOA you have to send them the trigger assembly.
