[New 929 Hammer]

I want to replace the factory hammer with a spurless one. Apex Custom was my original choice, then I saw TK Custom. TK also makes a polished trigger. Anyone have opinons on these?

If you did not know, the bottom of the MPX mag retainer that has the spring guide that protrudes from it. That can be cut off and cleaned up for 34 rounds reliable. Hope that helps.

I’m loving all the insight! How durable are the MPX mags.... With the TTI +11 Extensions? Especially after being dropped a few times?

Hey guys I’m not sure of the round count per stages. While I’m not Jerry Miculek, I ain’t Mr Magoo either lol. This will be the furtherest match from home for me. And I ordered a MPX Spare Parts Kit from ILWT

I’m doig the Red Stitch Outlaw Steel Match in WV. I can’t wait... this’ll be my first PCC Match and first time doing some traveling for a match. So I have 4 mags for my MPX, 30rders with the TTI Extensions. Will that be enough to get me through the match?

So I picked up my 929 today, it came with moon clips. I’m gonna need more than 3, which are the the best ones to get? I’m getting a BMT loader/unloader too

So I have a 929 on order, and I’m looking for holsters for it. The revolver will be used for Matches, at my local club, and abroad.

 

I like the Safariland 002 Competition holster, but not sure if Safariland makes one that fits. Can one be modified?

What other holsters are out there for the 929?

[3 Gun Shotgun Ammo]

Hey Ya’ll,

 

I’m currently using a Benelli M2 3 Gun Edition for 3 Gun. All this year I’ve been running Winchester 12 Gauge 7&1/2 Shot Heavy Game Load. The round is 3.25 Dram and 1255FPS. No problems with the spinners lol.

 

That said I’d like to find a lower velocity round as clays and most steel don’t need that kind of Oomph to do the job. Also I’d like to speed up my follow up shots. 

 

What are my options?

I’m bringing the 158’s, they’re made by Speer Lawman, and they have (according to the website) a velocity of 850 FPS

Ok, I have Winchester 130gr FMJ, muzzle velocity is 800fps,  and Speer Lawman 158gr TMJ with a muzzle velocity of 850fps, will either of these rounds make the grade?

 

Do I need to look into .357's?

Hey guys I`m about to shoot my first Icore Match. I`m really looking forward to it as I`ve shot local Pistol matches, and 3 Gun.

 

At the local matches Power Factor doesn`t come into play. How does this affect an Icore Match?

 

I`m shooting a stock pre hole 6 shot 686. The rounds I have on hand are Winchester 130gr FMJ and Speer Lawman 158gr TMJ, will these make the cut?
