I have med/large hands.

Does anyone own one of these? I would like to know, when holding it, what would you compare it to as far as grip size and/or style. Thank you!
Choosing a new gun for IDPA and it's down to:
Arex Alpha
92 Elite LTT
Witness Limted Custom
CZ SP-01 Shadow Target II
I own a 92A1 and have held the Tanfoglio and CZ.

5 inches. Better sight radius, better accuracy, better FPS than the 4 inch. If you have a problem drawing a 5 inch from a holster and not a 4 inch, then you need to practice drawing from a holster. IMHO.

The Tanfoglio Limited Custom is a no go for IDPA due to its cone barrel.
In Tanfoglio land is you want all metal for USPSA & IDPA you have the new stock 1, the old non-rail Match and if you can find one the Limited Pro.
Actually, I know someone who shoots the Limited Custom for IDPA, It's the Elite Stock II that has that illegal barrel. Actually you are correct, Cone can only be 4.25 inches long for ESP.....I forget.....maybe the Witness II???? Hmmmm. I could swear he shot that Limited Custom.....maybe he is not legal then.....Tanfoglio: so many cool guns, none of which I can use......They will probably not be on my list then....

I will be buying a new 9mm FULL METAL semi-automatic pistol specifically for IDPA this fall, when I'm done with revolver. Most guns like this are just over the weight limit for IDPA. The few I have been able to find are the following.
CZ SP-01 Shadow Target II
Tanfoglio Witness Limited Custom (41 oz)
Arex Alpha (has anyone held one yet)
Wilson Combat Beretta
SPS Pantera (does it fit in the box for ESP???)

Then write to IDPA HQ and ask for a notarized statement. I've used these at several state championships and never had a problem.
Sounds good, how do I do that? I can't even find an email for them.....

I have two of those as well, but there is a question. It holds two clips, one on top of the other......is that legal. I've only heard "maybe no"..... I'd like something officially legal.

I'd like to shoot an IDPA state match but there are no IDPA LEGAL moon clip holders available anywhere. California Competition Works has gone out of business. Anywhere else is out of stock on the non-legal ones that can be modified. I have a long post model that stacks 2 on top of each other but no one can give me a for sure it's legal or not response. If I go to a match and can't shoot, I'm not going to be happy. Does anyone have any design that they made themselves?? I don't know where to turn......Specifically 45 acp moon clip holder. Thanks!

Just got it today. It has a large grip, just not quite as wide or rounded feeling as the Beretta. Larger than CZ.
It's a big gun. I'd swear it looks smaller in the pictures.
It'll get a workout monday....
