  1. I agree with all responses, case feeder too weak to do that. I found it the follower that pushes the case into the shell plate loses spring tension the case won't set home. New spring and or clean assembly.
  2. Thanks mate. I'm so used to being able to use my rifle brass 10 or so times, I want to be able to squeeze a bit more value out of them. I've spent a bit of time tinkering and now I'm at the point of no return.. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  3. Fair call. I can buy 5kg bags of once fired here too pretty cheap. Yet I find the same problem. Im working on a simple and cheap fix with a pal of mine. Hopefully may turn out a marketable item. At this point I'm going to get a push rod turned up to fit the lee factory crimp die with the bulge buster kit. The push rod will help me tap the brass back out of the die once it's sized. I'm getting a better tool turned up too as the piece of crap that comes with the kit gets peened over after a few rounds that were a bit tough Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
  4. Hi People, I'm pretty new to pistol reloading, and I'm enjoying the challenge its presenting. Right now Im researching all available options of resizing bulged brass. Now Ive gone all over everything I can touch with dial verniers and the best fix Ive got so far is grinding down a die to remove the chamfer so it can reach the entire case to the extractor groove. I dont like throwing brass away, but its getting too expensive to keep!
