Hey guys, New to this site and saw this thread regarding the Nordic Components 22RB upper and bolt discussion. I had a quick question regarding this product, as I'm interested in purchasing this within the next few days.... I see that it comes with a BlackDog brand magazine. Is it possible to use S&W magazines? More importantly, can I use the Better Mag adapter with this upper/bolt so that the bolt will stay open on the last round (vs. being held with the mag follower)? I really like the idea of being able to drop the bolt using the standard bolt catch/release and chambering a round from the magazine. This would more closely mimic my other .223 platforms. I would imagine that if it's only held open using the mag follower, that you'd have to rack the charging handle in order to chamber a round, which would be very annoying especially reloading during rimfire matches/shooting events. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated.
