I have an SV IMM Shorty with 3 barrel ports and 5 port comp (3 top and 2 side). I load 10.4 VV 3n38 with a Zero 125 gr JHP ( 171PF) and Winchester small rifle primers. I had the same problem until I changed to a Limcat long firing pin. Now they look the same as my limited 40 primers.

I would like to replace the "Bolt" on my 650 powder measures with something a little more accurate. Has anyone had any experience with the aftermarket adjusters. I found several on e-bay
http://www.uniquetek.com/site/696296/page/45029
and
are they any good and worth the money?
Any others out there?
I have one from Uniquetek on my 38 Super Comp set up. I like it . It is much eaiser to get the powder charge exactly where you want it. It also is very easy to go back to a previous setting if you change the powder or bullet.

I am considering putting an Aim Point on my SV Open gun. I am tired of loosing the dot in the bright sun. Yes I have a shade on the module and I still have a problem losing it. What is your opinion, pro's/con's
Thanks

I am shooting the same gun as yours. My current load is:
10.2 gr VV 3n38
125 gr Zero JHP
Starline SC brass or TJ
Win Small Rifle Primer
1.245 min OAL
1.250 max OAL
very light crimp
This is the load SV recommended when they built the gun. I have not seen any signs of excessive pressure. I started at 9.8 grains and worked my way up from there.
Hope this helps

When you decide on a date please lets us know. There needs to be more revolver matches.
Thanks

Try 5.5 grains of 7625 with a Zero 124gr FMJ and WW small pistol primer.
38 Super Comp Laods With True Blue
in 9mm/38 Caliber

Due to lack of availibility and pricing of VV 3n38, I am changing to Ramshot True Blue in my 38 Super Comp. Any load information would be appreciated. My pistol is S/V Infinity IMM with 3 holes in the barrel and a 5 port (3 top and 2 side) comp. I am using Zero 125 JHP Bullets and Win SRP.
Thanks
