Probably save some cash. The 135 blues do fine in my X5

Shooting Sports Innovations is doing a silicon carbide along with other mods to the grip that makes it larger. Also have tungsten weight for grip that are nice.

The Pelt might be to light but it’s nice in a upgraded FCU. Check with Robert at the Sig Armor he can probably get the pull you need with less travel. I have both but shoot the Sig Armor the most because I like the optic on that one. The Pelt sure is cheaper and you don’t have to send your gun in providing you can install it.

Everything that I’ve heard can’t go wrong with this.

Appreciate the info, Jeff!
Your welcome. I have an older P320F also and ran a 10 or 11 in it.

Never measured but approximately 5’. I have went as low as 10lbs but seam the brass hit my optic edge but that was with a new gun. Need to try both 10 and 11 again

12lbs in x5

Dawson works good in my RO

.205. what Sig should have done is include both sights in the box and let the end user decide depending on which way they decide to set up their X5
Thanks Sanbagger123 -
yes it is. i had a email discussion with a Dawson tech. He said it was Sig that speced the sight height and Dawson knows its the wrong one. i don't fault dawson as you give the customer what they want .
Well that was stupid on Sigs part not to listen to the sight manufacture. I thought mine was wrong but didn’t shoot it that much before I installed optic. Did Dawson tell you what height they recommend? -
The front sight on the X5 is made by Dawson I believe.

I have dropped down to a 11lb spring from a 13lb. I like the 11lb better. Reloads with 135gn 1.14" length at 133pf. In my older P320 I have ran a 10lb with 147gn reloads with no problems.

Thanks. That’s pretty much what I am looking fo

I like the Blade-Tech Ultimate Carry...

2 years ago I was told from Springfield. 9mm RO that doesn’t have the ILS from the factory. 9lb guide rod, 23lb mainspring.

Remove it and let me know how that works.

Also got one of the GG competition kits with flat trigger. No polishing on it just installed it the way it came and it’s 3 1/2lb pull. With less free travel and reset.

It was about 3 weeks but with the off season might be longer. Just drop a email to Robert Burke(owner) and he will get back with you pretty quick. robert@thesigarmorer.com or phone 972-342-2717

The PELT from Grays Guns is the only one. And my opinion doesn’t do much. Doubt they will have anything available for awhile. Check out Thesigarmour.com he does a great job with your stock trigger.
