Thank you!
Unfortunately I do not live in a free state so I cannot just purchase a shadow 2 or shadow 2 OR.
So I have to get it milled for plates or get lucky on purchasing a OR slide somewhere.

If your state allows you to just purchase the slide. Cajun sells OR slides for the S2.

Regardless of why they didn't attend, if it's laid out that no refunds will be issued after X day and the person finds that they can't attend they should contact the MD at the least. If they held a spot all the way until the day of the match and then didn't show that keeps another competitor from attending. While I understand that something could have happened morning of the match, they could still contact the MD and discuss before requesting a charge back on their card. In my mind, without at least talking to the MD first I think it is intentionally trying to defraud the club.

This is what I do. I have the timer set for about 3 hours so if I can't get right out there to turn them off they auto shut off. Works great.Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buy a timer that will let you set it about every 1/2 hour plug it in at night it’ll only run a couple hours. Cost about 10 bucks.

and two CV-2001 is even better
This. I bought a CV-2001 and have on loan my uncles FL-2000. Running both of these is about 1/3 or slightly more of a 5 gal bucket in one run.

Cody and Jared talk about it in the newest Shoot Fast Podcast. Still no date as NY has been so locked down.

I just loaded and chrono'd some rounds out of my Shadow2 last night. The load I ended on was as follows
Bullet: 125 gr Blue Bullet
Powder: 3.8 gr Sport Pistol
Primer: Win SPP
Length 1.10"
Average Velocity for 10 rounds - 1050.2 FPS. PF - 131.275

I was able to get 5k Winchester SPP last night.

Depends on how much you are wanting to spend. For around the 1k mark you can look into ultimate sorter machine. If you're looking to spend quite a bit you could look into roll sorters. Otherwise only other option is the trays pretty much.

I really like this setup. I've been thinking of isolating my case feeder from my bench mounted press. I also thought about mounting the bullet feeder separately, but always wondered if the case feeder was isolated from any movement of the press that you may not need to mount the bullet feeder separately.

I was going to do double 3/4 plywood top with 1/4 birch, but my uncle had recently built a bench where he used 2x10 for the top. We did that with 1/4 solid core wood on top.solid looking bench there!. Im planning on rebuilding my bench Friday and had something similar in mind.
Two questions:
1) what did you use for the top on yours?
2) I see that you mounted yours straight to the table without the strong mount, I'm wanting to do the same. was there enough space there for the mounting holes or did you have to do something goofy to get around the top horizonal 2x4?
I did mount to the bench due to height reasons in my basement. The way we built it is the 2x4 of the frame is on the inside of the 4x4 legs. So the front mounted up no problem, but the back ones are lagged into the 2x4 frame.

I made a home made pin that I can get in/out with the shroud attached. It is not something to be real proud of, but it was a cut off piece of an old mag spring ( L shaped) with some masking tape to make it fit tighter. It's not pretty, but I figured it's better than no pin.

I just recently got mine, and haven't loaded a lot with it yet (around 50 rounds), but in my test with running bullets through when setting up it seemed to run 125 gr blue bullets through it just fine. I probably ran a few hundred through it during testing.

Mine is getting so bad that I can’t see how much powder I have left.
If it is getting that bad, I would go with the pyrex hopper a few others mentioned. Seems like that's always going to be a never ending battle if the powder used eats it up that much.

I just recently re-built my bench. I was working off a homemade table that was about 4.5 feet before made for when we lived in a town home. I built mine in the basement and went with 8 ft overall. It's more room than I need, but I like that I can work on/clean guns on the other end or anything as needed.

I'm in the same boat. I got a new to me Shadow 2 in 9mm that requires a different OAL than my previous gun (glock). I can't go to the range to test different powder levels so I can do a bigger run of ammo. So unfortunately I can't even reload much.

Here's the bench in it's final form. I added LED lights under the bench so that I can see the back of each shelf fully. I made a homemade offload chute for decapping/sizing brass using a piece of hose that I had laying around. Only other thing I am considering doing at this point is to mount the case feeder separately to the bench. It still has some wiggle, and I have had a few waterfall jam ups.

When I saw this product come out, I was really excited about it. It seems primer fillers in general are finicky, but I have been holding out on this hoping they come up with a better fix. At this time it's too risky of a purchase for me, especially with DAA requiring you to pay to return a unit that doesn't do what it's supposed to.

Question:
If I pick up the optic ready slide from Cajun, does anyone know where to find the base plates (couldn't find them on Cajun's site)? Saw a few European retailers, but wondered if there was a US based company selling the plates.
Would these be what you are looking for? https://www.cz-parts.com/red-dot-plates

mounted both case feeder and bullet feeder to pipes. rock solid.
How do you like having the case feeder mounted separately? I am considering this with my press on my new bench. The press doesn't move during the cycle, but the case feeder does have a little bit of wiggle. I was thinking removing it from being mounted to the press may remove that bit of wiggle. What size piping did you use?

My first production belt I started with bullets out and used it for about a year or so. When I switched to limited I went to bullets forward since I could space my pouches out more.
I recently set up a SS and another production rig and both are set for bullets out to conserve space.

Looks nice and solid. I built mine out of two layers of 3/4 plywood thinking it would be stiff enough but it still has a little flex when I work the handle.
i was going to do that, but my uncle built his with 2x10 layed flat top with 1/4 inch plywood. thats how we did this as well.

Built a new bench over the weekend. It's been something that I've been planning on doing since we bought our house almost 2 years ago.
This was my setup before. Built for apartment reloading.
New bench with the 650 mounted.

Brass Juice - thoughts??

I've had good results with brass juice. It is nice to not have to use the pins as it makes sifting a lot faster. I've reused the solution 1-2 times in the past with still decent results.
