I just setup my Glock 17 Gen 3 with a lone wolf guide rod and a non captured 15# wolf spring. Seems to work with 147 RN, 950 ft/sec, recoil is very controllable and still cycles the rounds.

New to the forum and serious about becoming a better competitive shooter!
