Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Quick update, received the part today! Great customer service from Dillon. Another happy customer :-)
  2. In the meanwhile I've made contact with Dillon. They promised me to send me a new part. That's what I call an exceptional customer service. I hope it will arrive soon!
  3. Thanks for all the replies and yes, I should have been more careful. Below a few pictures. I guess the part damaged is what is referred to as the 'connector body collar'. There is a bend in the arm and the screw holding the roller (or whatever that little black ring is called) is broken. I will send these pictures also to Dillon as well.
  4. Hi Guys, I'm using an 550 now for over a year or so , stepping my way up from a square B. Just yesterday I've reloaded my first 9mm's and everything was going just great. Until I decided to do some minor tweaking on the powder charge. So I take an used case, put it in station 2, pull the handles down. There is some resistance & I should have stopped; still don't know why I didn't..... And there goes the powder measure. It is forced too high up & bends over. What happened? Apparently a 38spl case got between my 9mm brass. The result is that the powder measure has been twisted and bend quite badly. Did I just destroyed the powder measure or can I straighten thing back out enough to get it working again? If anybody recognizes this issue I'm really interested in your advice! Will try to add some pictures this evening.
