Are Clays loads tempature sensitive?

BTW I got 760 with 3.9 Clays and 230 LRN .451 bullet at 1.24.

3.8 loads had a few at 710.

from having shot the ssc, and John's previous posts and answers in front sight, the pouches should be ok, but the belt won't. the default is the idpa gear rules, and belts must be "through the loops" type. a lot of guys use a web "instructors" belt.

I saw no such provision in the SS Provisonal Rules.

I have emailed Mr. Amidon.

John Amidon replied and stated that the setup was legal under the current PROVISIONAL rules but there was no guarantee past 2007.

I believe the theory behind the SSC holster and mag pouch rules were that they be concealable and comfortable to wear 16 hours/day.

That being said. I have shot all but one SSC and can tell you that is not what many other competitors are using as a guidline.

If you are in doubt your equipment is in compliance with the rules, then it probably isn't.

If you do a search you will find pages upon pages of discussion on SSC equipment.

I did that search and found no answer to my specific question.

[223 Reloading For The Range]

I would like to load some 223 for the practice range, 100 yards maximum. 55 grain.

I will be using a 650.

How important is the brass trimming? If I buy the processed once fired brass, load it and shoot it, will I have to trim the fired brass after resizing once? Twice?

Not worried about a little inaccuracy. I am, of course, worried about any unsafe condition.

VV N330 is the mother of all 9mm Luger powders. I currently shoot it under a 115 JHP at around 135 PF from a G17 (that's only because I developed it to make 125+ PF) from an itty bitty barrel G26.

I really like it with 147s, too.
