No matter 1 or 2, it seems to pay off to be thinner.
Not when you need 6 mags and it reaches all the way to your holster on the opposite side.
-
Too many variables to say its one thing.
-
So it looks like there's a small contour issue but nothing else.
No need to utilize the washer?
Overall looks good.

darkvibe,
You got pictures of the Mitchell release installed on a PT grip?
-
There are cheaper ways to lose 5% of reciprocating mass.
A Ti bomar isn't one of them. It would be cool to have but the costs to make one would be the deal breaker.
-
Ti might be too brittle for the application.
-
Looks like an STI slide.
Can't tell for certain but that breech face looks like a 40 breech face (using the firing pin hole, ejector slot, etc, etc as a reference point)
-
Any pics of the gun? Namely the ejection port of the slide to determine what brand of slide it is.

Hmmmm...
Your options are limited with the SDB since that press uses a Dillon proprietary die setup.
You could use a single stage press with a Lee FCD on the rounds that fail your case gauge to get them into spec.
-
Several ways to do it.
The CasePro route is a bit pricey.
EGW U die or Lee U die is the cheaper route.
Lee FCD can be used also but its been a hit or miss with reloaders.
What is your current setup? Sometimes a small adjustment is all that's required to minimize the rejects.

8.3 sounds like a safe point to start.
I chronoed some 540 I had laying around vs a current batch of HS6 and the velocity difference was very minimal.

If anyone is interested in hearing my side of the warranty issues, pm me.
This isn't the place to rant about issues with manufacturers.
-
STI changed their warranty policy the last time I checked (same crack as OP).

Did you do any stacking installations?
Looking at the stacking kits out there for the front loaders but not sure how they're held in place.

Did you handle installation?

Mag pouches from DAA can be converted to be bullets out.

1. Maybe
2. Maybe
It'll be better to start with new parts.
That used top end may fit but might be a loose fit to the frame.
If you're lucky, the slide may still need to be machined to fit

Brazos
Just to name a few

Dawson, TTI, Grams, etc, etc are all great basepads.
Try them all out and see which ones fit your needs.
-
The mbx and SVI mag tubes don't require spacers to use 9. Only for STI and there are a few open users out there that don't require spacers in their STI tubes.

You would think the W/N has a larger impact area for the barrel but there are a lot of sharp corners where a crack could start.
The P/C cut frame don't have as many sharp corners but there are a few.
Again, there are pros and cons to using either style.
I'm sure another member will chime in with more info.
-
Just a FYI, I pulled those photos off Calguns.net so credit is due where its due.
-
Both W/N and P/C ramped barrels accomplish the ability to utilize a supported barrel/chamber in different ways.
There are pros and cons to using either style.
If a gunsmith has all the right tools, its easy to do either cuts. Some smiths prefer one cut over the other.

Considering there are glock pistol certificates that can be had for $400 with a $107 (Gen 3) or $142 (Gen 4) upgrade fee for a G34, I would pass on that G34 you found.
