Has anybody considered using a little slide glide on the 550B ram itself, Just curious seems like a good idea to me BTW, i put a tiny bit on the main shaft of my RCBS case trimmer and it worked wonders there! Thanks BP

Hi, Im Bob Page from Colorado Springs CO. Been reloading for about two years now. Recently moved my shot shell loading from a MEC 600 Jr to a 9000 progressive, wow, what a difference in production. That being said... I'm just about to move from a rock chucker single stage to the Dillon 550B. My question is: I plan to order a 550B and will start with two calibers, 223 and 45ACP (the two calibers I will load the largest number of rounds). If I order the 550b with the "Should be" upgrade does it make any difference if I order the press as 223 or 45? I plan to order a deluxe quick change kit and caliber conversion kit for the second caliber, but is there any advantage to order one way or the other? Also what other options do you folks think are important to getting started in the Dillon thanks in advance. BP
