Hey all, I'm looking at purchasing a timer for shooting practice. I'd appreciate recommendations on which one to get, but I'd most like to know how it could be used during dry fire practice. Can a timer actually record events like a magazine snapping into place, or will it just act like a metronome, buzzing at predetermined times? What are some dry-fire drills you do using a timer?
