New to the site and enjoying the questions and comments.
I've been reloading for 35 years not and highly recommend the Square Deal vs. 550 for pistol ammo.
The question above says the gent will be loading 9 mm 99.% of the time.
I recently set up my Square Deal for 40 S&W and timed my session.
I average 13 minutes / 100 rounds and found the slowest part was refilling the primer pickup tubed. (time to buy more tubes).
Having loaded pistol on the 550 in the past, my production was never that fast.
Just my 2 cents worth...
