The older ones came with the bobbed hammer. New production BC dated coded and later don't have them. Not sure why they changed that as last I checked this gun was still aimed towards competition use.

Agreed..... call the factory... HKParts is convienient and all, but they have like a 200% mark up, and huge money for shipping charges... They are making it hand over fist over there.... I purchased a few match trigger kits for almost $30 less than HK parts. If you ever have a warranty problem with your gun and know how to work on it, HK will send you parts in leiu of sending in your whole gun. I've gone that route with a few guns.
