Friday starts at 8:45 for the shooters meeting. Yes. Matchbook will be emailed in the next couple of days. Registration on Thursday is from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

It's not too late to get in on the fun. We've had a few cancellations, so there are a couple of slots still available for the 2016 X-Treme Bullets and Freedom Munitions Georgia State Championship.

Since we are about 2 weeks out, here are the PRELIMINARY stages as we are still waiting on NROI approval. Most start positions are hands by sides, one is surrender and another is palms on marks. To answer ShortBus' questions: We have setup our first match hotel for the State Match. Unfortunately the area around the match tends to be on the high end for decent hotels. We have a group rate at the Comfort Inn and Suites 905 Buford Rd Cumming GA 30041 770-889-4141 The rate is $120 and the code when calling in is USPSA to get this rate. The rate expires on 7/22. My intent is to continue to look for more affordable options and will post up if I find any suitable hotels at better prices. Thank, Mike -------- Regarding stages, they are with NROI now. We've had a few people drop out of the State Match. We have sent emails to everyone on the wait list the last few days and now are opening up those available slots to anyone who's interested. The wait list is not by day, but for the whole match. We have been contacting people individually as slots open up. At this point Saturday and Sunday are totally booked (with some slots reserved for our sponsors). Right now we have 4 slots left for Friday. Also, people will be allowed to sign up, and squad without having to pay immediately with the expectation that payment (or exemption) is handled within 2 weeks. So those who ask and are accepted to work the match will not have to pay the registration fee.

The data on the USPSA site only gets updated once a month during the database role. All shooters that did not renew their membership before the database was updated showed us proof of renewal when they came through during registration (as per 6.4.1).

We've gone through the wait-list and approved all competitors who could shoot on Friday. We still have a few Friday slots available so we've reopened the wait-list.
