If you own a Stoeger shotgun check out MOA Precision really nice parts. Thanks Tom; for sharing the information about the hammer mod and Pic's

The new kid on the block Stoeger MK3 just took over the #1 spot; that over the CZ 712.; Its not the best kept secret anymore.
-
You were looking awful chummy with those 2 brand new MK3, but now you got yourself another problem with that Soeger blue logo its just NOT going to look cool with all that Stag green and black lol. congrats man you earned it . Just don't forget us little guys

I have learned from many, and have taught many how to put bread on there tables, and know like most things practice makes perfect , I also have tried doing things I'd never thought I would ever few years ago Thanks to internet, and Youtube videos. I do appreciate those people out there willing to share what they have learned, and all those Do's, and especial the Don'ts. I do own a hack saw, and allot of files.
-
I wish someone would put together a Video or article on how to install a XS or 10-22 rear sight.
-
John R; That's how I learned
and Believe is best Thanks
-
Oh Well; I have never seen a Optical illusion in two different pictures. It appears to be small 1/8 square notch under the vented ribs first arch., maybe not
-
Taran builds are high end guns I would say it all depends on two things
(!) If you have the cash ---spend once cry once, and don't look back
(2)Your shooting ability ---cheaper gun=more ammunition, and practice
I'd buy one, but right now I lack those 2
-
Legion; I notice that there is a notch under the vented rib forward of the rear sight. Did that come from the factory, and is that for a specific sight base ?
-
Thanks Lefty556; I gave XS a call today, no one answered , but try try again
Hey Legion 85; great pictures thanks also.

Go to AR15.com
Maintenance & Cleaning
Read Quib ; he knows
Lots of Good info

Does anyone know the one particular XS rear sight ( Height) that works consistently the best, and the location on the vented rib that Accurate Irons, C-rum and Redneck Tac, are using, I'd like to try installing it myself .
-
I'm working hard on the love handle problem right now
-
I thought I'd better try 3M non slip tape first to see if I noticed any improvement on how the gun handles . Its very aggressive; I do have a secure firm grip on the gun now as compared to the factory checkering . id Hawk; what stippled pattern did you use, any pic's you can share.

What brand of slugs have you been running in your Stoeger, and with which of the factory supplied chokes (M) or (IC) ? At what distance , and overall results group size Low, High or dead on
-
My Bad Mark Otto ; the Winchester brand slugs are a tad longer than Federals. Thanks for your help it is needed, and appreciated.
-
Mark Otter 4rd. caddies are adjustable. I want to know the amount of gap you leave between the shot shell and the inside of caddie so there secure, but still easy to grab. Also Is there any improvements you've found to do to the inside of the caddies for a smoother extraction of the shells. Yes I know practices practices
-
Sorry Mildot; I didn't respond because I was not dead sure WHY, It was something Nordic tech said to do. I just considered it good advice. You could call Nordic talk with Ryan at tech support he would have the correct answer your searching for.
-
Hey Jesse; I forgot to say THANKS! for sharing the tweak you use of the the arrow head on the rear part of the vented rib. It works great. It really helps guide your eye , which is your rear sight right in line with your front sight allot faster.
-
Thanks Jesse; So there no reason that Nordic recommends 16 inch pass the end of plus 6 extension. I thought along 16 inch past was over kill to insure there would be (NO) fail to feed issues. I just natural always think there are better ways to tweak a Race Gun, " like polishing the out side magazine tube haven't tried that one YET" . Just a heads up for others here Ryan; the tech for Nordic (great guy, very helpful) did send me a few pictures of how to bend the spring ends and was the person recommending 16 inch its was also mentioned in there direction for installation.
-
Nordic plus 6 ; extended tube recommends that you leave 16 inches of spring past the end of the installed tube I've read others here recommend different lengths to cut the springs, any where from 14 down to 12 inches past the end. Is this for faster = easier reloads with less resistance ? What would be a good reliable length that you have successfully used without any fails to feed ?

There Video with Matt, and Taran talking shotguns out there. In that video Matt a pears to be buying a higher end Taran. Taran does offers 2 levels of shotgun as he says something for every pocket book, but I would agree with T Bacus a Beretta 1301 would be my choice in this price range..
-
Has anyone had a issue with there Glock because of this ? thought the stainless one would be the better choice rather than the Titanium one because I've seen that picture before, but guess not. Round and polish a OEM is that the best fix for (reliability, durability and a smooth trigger pull ?) or is there a better after market part out there
-
Thanks Again Marshal82; Got it off, because of how thick the 3M non slip tape is it peeled right off.

If you've done any testing with slug, Please share it
