  1. Just looking for data on titegroup and 147grn coated bullets only dont care about n320 or wsm. Shooting a 5inch xdm,g34 or 1911 to make pf is what im running them through. Im thinking 3.4 tg .115 oval 147gr SnS coated should be around 850 to 900 fps maybe 130pf i just would like to hear someone else has that data please!

  2. So the last two days I spent trying to determine why the bullets I bought a couple years ago did not chamber correctly and after ripping my mind apart SnS finally admitted that the original 115 grain bullets with lube ring are garbage you have to load them so short your oal is 1.070 because they are .356 around almost all the way up which is insane and potentially dangerous with anything over 4.0 grns of powder so just a FYI if you have any laying around send them back they will cover you!

  3. I'm definitely having a struggle with this right now I agree two different loads just means more work so I'm hoping those 200grn round nose solve half my problem I just love those 200grn swc holes in my single stack they have definitely helped me get some extra A hits time and time again and scoring is not a problem! Lol

  4. Small primer is the best you don't have to worry about jamming up your machine because LPs go right thru and it saves you extra steps on changing calibers also it's cheaper to buy I have had no issues with pf or muzzle velocity so I ask you what's the real down side other then it sucks when you reload lp!

  5. Well I decided to just go with the 1.255 overall length and run 3.9grns of n310 seems there just isn't any safe information about trying this method. I basically was curious if I could load two different types of bullets 1. 200 grn SWC and 2. 230 grn ball so I didn't have to change my setup for my revo from my single stack since I only plan on shooting about 1500 to 2000 rds of revo and very random times so what I'm going to do next since I loaded 500 rds of 230 now is try running a 200grn swc and a 200grn ball and see if I can get a equal oal and not have to change my seat on them. Thanks

  6. Do you have a pic of them mounted together by any chance I seen the aluminum plate it looks good I would like to see how it all looks together if you can! I appreciate your help!

Hello: Yes I made up the aluminum plate for the single stack setup using a Blade Tech holster. Thanks, Eric
  7. I have a Ro 9mm I just had done I have a adjustable rear sight tuned mags front slide serations tool steel parts and a fiber fs I have the same as the lipseys operator into to it minus the front strap checker and rail color it's definitely a toss up this is the second ro I've done now the only benefit I see is doing it the way that best suits you I guess. Mine meets the weight also it had a svi trigger and Dawson magwell with plastic mainspring housing so it's a single stack legal gun.

  8. So that aluminum plate works with your blade tech then? Cause I have a blade tech also and I'm going to have to do the same which isn't a bad thing I just want to have a good solid rig to make faster cleaner draws! Good stuff I like the thought put into it! I wouldn't mind seeing a pic of the blade tech mounted on their either it would be the fist pic ever seen of one!

Hello: This is what I am working with right now for single stack holster setups. Holster is Blade Tech with 1 1/2" belt mount with 3/4" spacers and new holes drilled/countersunk in mount. The other is the USPSA kit with an aluminum plate I made up. Thanks, Eric

  9. I do like the ease of adjustment with the safari it looks quick and simple the boss looks like it could dig into your thigh with the flat side on kneeling stages plus you have to take it apart to raise and lower it. what holster are you using with the safariland rig? And do you have any pics I can see?

Hello: I think the USPSA kit is more adjustable. It uses a ball and a slide rail. You will have to make a plate to mount other types of holsters besides a Safariland's own holsters. I don't own a Boss but have seen quite a few of them here. You get more adjustment with the Safariland. You can turn your single stack rig into a dropped/offset holster for limited 10 by just loosening 3 screws. I am still playing with the Safariland rig right now for single stack. Thanks, Eric
