  1. Here is a video of a 700gr bullet traveling about 1100fps into a Big log. The log was about 30 in long and 10-12 in in diameter (heavy log) no problem taking it right off the wall.

    500 mag Vs Log

In these two we are shooting some of those 5 gallon jugs you by your oil for turkey frying in. I fill them up with water then pull the trigger, easy enjoyable to water the lawn.

I bet the dot never leaves the lens, right?

  2. So im in the market for some new pouches. I was just wondering what you all think of the 773 pouches for Glocks? Would this pouch work for a S_I if i plan to upgrade later? Are there any other pouches that you would reccomend over the 773's? I would get the from Brian. Oh and how wide is the CR Speed belt?

    Thanks,

    Jordan

  3. I just got back from the partical pistol class at Scottsdale Gun Club. The class was great. Robert Goettel tought it, he a good teacher and a major badass. The class covered basic set up for limited and open, basic reloading, rig set up, grip stance, ect. It was just under 4 hours and was well worth it. For $35 you can't beat it. Matt Burkett showed up too and covered moving from box to box and shooting on the move. Thanks to Robert and Matt for a great class.

On a different subject... Rob told us about one of his 3 gun matchs. There were 5 or six targets for carbine set up at 100 yards. He told everyone he could shoot the stage in 1/2 the time of everyone else. No one belived him so he steps up to the 100 yrd line and the buzzer goes off. He ends up sprinting 100 yards and shoots all the targets with the muzzle toutching them in half the time. Now thats a true bad ass, and he did it in 1/2 the time of every one else :o

So thanks to Matt and Robert for an awesome class.

  4. Same thing happened to me a while back. He sent me 3 free 15# Glock recoil springs. They have some of the best customer service around.

  5. I want to go with a single stage because I will be new to all of this, and this is the advice that was given to others on other forums. I would rather be inside and since I don't need that much space I will be able to be inside because I have a walk in closet. I would like to stay away frome the Square B press because it only loads stright wall pistol cases from what i read under the descreption. If this is not true plese tell me.

    Thanks

  6. Well, I'm thinking of getting into reloading, and have a few quick questions.

    1. What would you all reccomend for a single stage press?

    2. What accessories should I get to go with this press?

3.How much room is going to be required for a press?

    4. Would it be ok for me to reload in the garage or would it be too hot in there for the powder ect.?

I will be reloading mostly .40S&W and .300WSM with .45LC and to come soo I hope.

    Thanks in advance!

  7. I was just wondering if any of you have a "secret" way to remove the type of front sight that screws on with out the front sight tool. Also a way to get one in would be needed as well. The old front sight has a titrum insert so I kinda don't want that to break. I could just take it to a smith and have him just do the front sight but i would rather do it myself and save the money. I didn't want to buy the sight tool because i don't think I'll ever use it again.

thanks in advance for your help.
