Thanks Bro Iwas happy with match and feed back was good. I think 8 stages are going to be the norm, with a round count under 100. What was also cool was (to those not there) on bay 2 Rob did his SSWR day. A lot of pistols free ammo and bay full of steel to shoot at. Due to watching over the match I wasnt able to go play but passing by there must have been thirty or more people and a few thousand empty brass on the deck. Im sure that in the future Robs taking this to other ranges. Watch his site. Even Kip came out, I was standing back watching her with an open gun and wondering what that family eats for breakfast. Thanks for the good words Steve and I hope all will come out try my match and let me know what they think.

Just a heads up, Howard has decided to pass on the match, Thanks Howard, for bringing Idpa to RIO and running all this time. The match has moved to the 4th Sat at 2pm. To keep in line with PP our Director has asked me to change fees. Rio members $8 and non members will be $10. If you shot any of the Single Stack matches when I had it you can expect similar designs. With this match comes a rule book so the "Daves rules" will not be in effect. Im expecting that the match round counts will be in the 60 - 100 range. I will be having a surprise occationally using a different firearm for the last array. And as with the SS there will be the need for the use of two things, your brain and front site. Im really looking forward to making this a "must be at" match. Hope to see yall there Dave

Miya - I remember that match the guy just recd a proceedural, I dont remember that slide lock reload time though. And thanks for the comp on the match. Yesterday I spent the morning shooting with Rob, Larry Vickers and Horsman, we were running a drill with a slide lock reload and the best time (Robs) was 1.5 and change and it was flawless. Im sorry to say but I think theres an error some where on a 1.1 D
