I have been using Gemtech Silencer Subsonic this year in both my Volquartsen rifle and pistol. I was encountering too many fail to fire rounds with the bulk ammos. I understand the Gemtech ammo is made by CCI and uses a 42 grain bullet at an advertised 1020 feet per second. The ammo was suggested by a shooter that is more focused on accuracy (whatever that is). It's more expensive than the bulk stuff, but the reliability is worth it to me and if I ever get a suppressor, woohoo!! RimfireIdaho

Jim, The last two emails I sent your way were functioning fine. Turned out it was a different server with issues... So, in case my emails suddenly got lost in your spam filter... I'm just trying to find out when I can expect my other two plaques from the match? I received the one as we talked about in an earlier email, but would like to make sure the issue of the other two gets resolved. The advertisements and the entry form both stated: Custom plaques awarded to division and category winnersThere weren't any asterisks or fine print saying you would award 'plaques in divisions/categories which were supported by a sponsoring company' as you mentioned in your last email. $270 in entry fees (two rimfire guns) is a lot of money not to receive plaques (as advertised). The courtesy of a reply would be appreciated. Did any other WCSC winners NOT receive their plaques for winning a division or catagory, or is it just me? Thanks! RimfireIdaho

Hey Jim, I think my email got hacked, I have not been able to make contact with you in over a week. I was wondering if you had an ETA on my other 2 plaques. Others... West Coast hands out some beautiful plaques to the division and category winners. They are made by Manny Bragg at Universal Shooting Academy. If you need awards for your shoot, check them out! I've been shooting for a while and have always enjoyed rimfire. One of our local clubs opened up the steel challenge matches to rimfire and I haven't looked back. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Enos at a USPSA Nationals match. Nice guy. Thank you for providing this great living knowledge base!
