Well, I'd say that about Brian's book, but he might take offense in such characterization of his heritage!
As a first year shooter, I've had my issues and despite several instructors and classes, accuracy remained my Achilles heel. The answer(s) included: change your grip, grip tighter, change your finger on the trigger, change your sights etc etc.
Finally, one of the old farts at an IDPA match said, " Have you read Brian Enos' book?". Nope. "Might give it a try"
So I did and have started a totally different journey. The very idea of just letting the gun do its thing and watch....What?? Relax?
So after only 1 week of doing the awareness exercises and (trying to) relax my grip along with the rest of my body...shot the best Bill Drill and el Presidente I've ever done.
Obviously, so much more to learn but what an eye opener (pun intended) compared to what I've been told before.
Practical Shooting, Beyond Fundamentals is clearly the secret sauce to the competition barbecue.
