  1. For a right handed shooter an array on the right side with either rifle or shotgun is much harder to do on the move than an array on the left. The array in the video is on your right side and you're right handed. You shot that on the move about as good as I've seen in any of the other top competitors videos.

If the array was on your left would you have been able to shoot it faster?

  2. ..... So for those who have used either or both, what are the pros and cons of these?

I didn't ask "will I like it" or "which one is best". I asked for feedback from people who have actually used either or both of the stocks. Sorry for coming into your domain and trying to get some feedback on products that I haven't had the opportunity to use.

  3. Secret recipe C.C. specifically formulated to please adult palettes. They match up perfectly with an IPA or Pale ale, or a nice red wine. Whole grain to appeal to the healthy side, but no kale.

I like high end bourbon, and kale.

Do your cookies give you the munchies?

  4. I am currently using a UBR stock on my 3gun seekins and was considering trying a TACMOD stock, just for grins. But I picked up a Luth AR MBA off a prize table and it looks similar to, but maybe not as robust as the TACMOD. So for those who have used either or both, what are the pros and cons of these?

  5. When I was there I assumed that everybody would feel the effects of the sun/wind on at least one stage. I know that my squad did on at least three stages. Bad enough that some targets simply couldn't be engaged. It appears from that video that your squad didn't experience the same issues in any of the stages. Would you agree?

I think every squad got to deal with wind or shadows or sun in your eyes on at least one or two stages. We had the pleasure of shooting 8 and 9 on Friday with the wind, what there was of it. It wasn't much of a factor on 8 and as much as I'd like to blame it for my failures on 9, a couple of our squad rocked them all so it obviously wasn't that bad. At least the wind was not near as bad as last year both Friday and Saturday. We were terribly delayed (3 hours worth) on stage 10 and our squad was initially instructed that we were going to shoot it, shadows or not. After three shooters they changed their minds and said we were going to shoot it Sunday. I volunteered to go ahead and shoot it Friday, shadows be damned. We hit 4 on Saturday afternoon just as the shadows were starting to affect the stage. I had as much trouble seeing the star as I did anything on stage 10.

I would liked to have shot all the stages between 8 and 1 on Saturday since that was such a nice day.

Watching ATs video I can see some stages where they had much different, potentially more difficult conditions than we did. So I'm pretty sure that it all evens out no matter what squad you were on.

  6. I've started to order a couple of times, I just can't seem to spend 40 bucks to get an extra 5 rounds in a $15 mag I always delete my order when I get to the check out.

This, also I don't understand why they are so much more popular than nordic 18 round extension

or a 40 rd p-mag for that matter. they do look cool and all the cool kids are using them though...

  7. One prize table will solve the issue. Pick a division and try to win it. At the end of the match you stand in line based on your percentage. Creating more divisions is not the way to solve the prize table issue.

Not that I am anywhere near the top of the scores and front of the prize table line now, and don't anticipate being there for at least a couple of more years, but to me it seems that the prize tables try to go too deep in the field. It's almost becoming like kiddy soccer where everyone has to get a ribbon. I like the idea of having equal prizes for the division winners, then the rest of the field in line with your percentage. Take that down to the top 70% for the valuable prizes. I shouldn't expect anything for a 44% score, yet I've taken home the value of my entry fee from that score.
