[.40 die set]

What is your thoughts on .40 reloading die sets, best for loading accurate ammo?

Been shooting it for years. Love it. Be aware, someone will post up a test that says steel cased ammo ruins your gun...not true, steel (bi-metallic) bullets that happen to be loaded in steel case's do accelerate barrel wear.

The reason I asked is because I had a jam which I never experienced before.It occurred while shooting my Heckler & Koch HK45 using this ammo.

After firing the 3rd round the slide was jammed shut. Fortunately someone at the range showed me how to un - jam my gun.

He then said "why are you using that ammo in your gun"? I still have 47 rounds left and am a little nervous to use them.

I recently started reloading and have shot hundreds of my reloads through my gun never experiencing any malfunctions since the one mentioned above.

Obviously you have never had any issues using steel case ammo.

Xtreme had plated 124gr bullets last week. I ordered 3k two weeks ago and got them last week.
