  1. It's actually worse. Deleted Tapatalk. Shutdown and restarted iPad. Reloaded Tapatalk and now when you click on BE forums it just sits and spins, screen stays blank. Before I could see all the threads, just wouldn't let he in and I could it it hadn't updated anything since 12/9. Nice try
  2. Don't understand your post Brian. Nothing in that post that has anything to do with the Tapatalk issue. Am I missing something?
  3. Brian, my forums via tapatalk have not updated since 12/9 on iPhone or iPad. Can get to main directories but when you click on a thread it just sits and spins. All other forums work fine and I have tried about 6 others.
  4. No change get the same message.... NetworkError retry... All other forums work
  5. Same here. Can't connect on iPhone or iPad. Using tapatalk pro. Other forums are working fine
  6. Jesse, as I stated above, I have all the Glock 40's, want to shoot an auto shotgun and would like to use a Scar. So the question is would you get the scar 17 or 16 ( I have another .223 that I can beef up if needed) as a newcomer. Always enjoy reading your input.....thank you for taking the time to help us new comers
  7. As someone new to the sport I have been debating gearing up and shooting Heavy Op and noticed that a pump shot gun is not required . Am I reading this correctly? Just re-reading and the pistol can be between 9mm and 45. If I'm reading correctly his makes be very happy. Wanted to shoot my Scar 17 with my glock 35 and 1301 I have on the way. This saves me from buying a 45 and a pump shotgun.........I smell early Xmas scope happy happy happy
  8. I'm from Pittsburgh and fairly new myself. Great site you can learn a lot here
  9. See my thread "some load help" have some chrono info on xtreme 180 and clays
  10. Have reloaded on and off for years, mainly rifle, but as I am trying to get started shooting some local IDPA matches i have gotten serious (addicted). I will try and give you as much info as possible and welcome all questions and maybe some of my loads will help others. Equipment; Glock 35- Vanek trigger and Dawson Precision fiber Optic sights (rear adjustable) Dillon -1050b Dillon scale Digital Calipers Bullets -Xtreme 180g FMJ Brass -mixed Powder Clays and Titegroup for this example Chrono CED M2 Results 180g FMJ 3.4 g Clays OAL 1.120 794 FPS 813 818 798 813 813 AVG 808/ PF 145 2nd string 762 812 799 806 878 818 AVG 812/ PF 146 180g FMJ 3.4 Clays OAL 1.125 825 834 825 826 828 832 AVG 828/ PF 149 2nd string 822 809 819 827 819 907* left out of Avg AVG 819/ PF 147 Notice higher velocities and more accurate. I thought by going a little longer I would get a drop in velocities ???? I'm thinking that little extra length helped in accuracy. 180 g FMJ 3.5 Titegroup OAL 1.125 775 784 798 813 805 823 AVG 799/ PF 144 2nd string 852 804 808 794 804 799 AVG 810/ PF 146 A little less velocity than I had hoped and about as accurate as the OAL 1.125 Clays. Will probably bump this up to 3.6-3.7 Titegroup. So my use for these is to practice and shoot IDPA as a newbie with my Glock 35. Any thoughts, suggestions or comments ?
  11. As a follow up; Placed an order for a chrono from CED and noticed that they had the 7000 pro back up on the site, but it said that they wouldn't be available until October. Well today I get a call from CED about the shipping on my chrono order, so ask them about availability of the 7000 pro. She told me they had a few in stock and would be getting more soon. When I told her to check the website she realized they put the product back up but didn't change the note they had on it from 2012. Long story short they have a few and I had them add one to my chrono order.... Christmas in July!!!! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  12. I figured something like that must of been going on. Thank you for the detailed info. I think I'll move on until they have proven they have the bugs worked out. So what did you end up using as your 2nd choice
  13. I figured that it must be the latest and greatest in the line and probably has some more features than the 7000. Also I like being able to plug an earbud in at the range and not have everyone else hearing the buzzer
  14. I am looking to pick up a 7000 Pro but everyone seems to be " out of stock". Is that truly the case, or am I missing something? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also please share your opinion if you think I have made a poor choice
  15. Black Bullet Int's site says that will not be taking orders until mid- April
  16. Have been reading everything I can and soaking up everyone's knowledge to the best of my ability. Figured I would join so that I could start asking some questions. Completely new to this/these sports and looking for any contacts in the Pittsburgh area that would allow me to get started in some competitions. Any input would be greatly appreciated . Thank you in advance for your help.
