However the original point of checking the rules of whatever game you are going to play before you mill is smart.Checked before I milled, but optics means Open in 3 Gun. No carry optics class there. And my eyes say I am never going back to irons for competition unless I take up Bullseye which is not happening.

I have never noticed the cheese grater effect. But then again I have alligator skin in general so no regrets for me.

Yep the battle worn finish. May swap the grips for palm swell bogies. I got both types and the bogies went on my Orange to test both types.

I liked mine so much I had my other gun sent off to get it done also.
They get the SRO so far down into the slide you can see light under the hood but can’t put a business card between the hood and the slide.

They feel better, a bit less perceived recoil. The slide is definitely faster.
Might be all in my head though...
