Your HP bore diameter is bigger than the actual bullet diameter .Its common for HPs..You will need the bigger bullet diameter ,357 or 358,a hotter load will not solve the issue..

Its easy to wipe the lube off,just a put bullets in some warm place for short time or use a hair dryer...
