I received my CMore RTS the other week. Thought I'd let you guys know that the 3.5moa RTS dot looks the same size as the 6moa dot module on my other CMore, so that's a relief its not too small. A blank RTS mount has also been ordered thanks to Matt Cheely help sourcing a supplier and Shooters Connection. Now to wait...

Sarge, I've had a look a few at the club and I don't like it. It creates a big black spot to the left of target and I feel that any benefit of having a lower dot is diminished by restricted field of view when engaging further targets on your left. Plus its ugly, obstructs a left hand side racker and thumbrest.

Cliche of course but hello from Australia. My name is Andrew and I love IPSC. Recently I began rebuilding my open gun, it was an STI custom built by a gunsmith who is no longer in the biz. So when the slide cracked I eventually found a new smith to put a new top end on it. Once he started working on it we've gone further and its under going a fairly extensive modification. One aspect of it was finding a new dot, currently it has a CMore frame mounted slide ride. As you know they tend to sit pretty high and I've just discovered the CMore RTS. Things appear somewhat later here in Australia... Anyway, more searching for info on the RTS led me to Brian's forum and now I have a good idea of what I want thanks to all of you guys. The only thing I'm not sure about is dot size, I shot a 6moa atm and our top Aussie shooter shoots a 4moa which I've considered going to. I've ordered a 3.5moa with the idea that if its too small for handgun it will replace my blinking CMore on my open rifle. It pays to have a back up plan. Cheers all, great forum. andrewk
