  1. Do you think playing raquetball could be used as training? It builds up cardio, works on footwork, for not only lateral movement but, quick burst speed, and is great for improving hand/eye coordination. What are your guys' thoughts on this,????

  2. Ok...used my bbi's today in a uspsa match, they ran flawlessly. They seat better than my BC's. One guy said they were really smokey but, I didn't notice while shooting. All in all, great customer service, quick delivery, decent price, loaded and shot nice,,,,i'd give them a great thumbes up.

  4. I just received my order today (wed), order was placed sun morning. I actually got someone on the phone on a sun morning. I really like them, though weight seems to have quite a variation to it, 125's ranged from 123.6 to 125.3. Other than that..like what I see so far...i'll try them sat at a udpsa match and post some feedback.

  5. Max,,,i found a guy,,, thanks...I'm gonna try bbi first, got 3500 on the way.

Also. I have been using BC for 3 years in uspsa and idpa, with no problems at all. In a Glock 34 and a Sig 226. My load data:

    BC 147gr

    Winch small pistol primers

    Winch WST

    3.2 to 4.2 gr.

    OAL 1.25 to 1.30

Have used this load for both 125's and 147's moly's

  6. I ran out of bullets, contacted my BC supplier, out of stock, no timeline on availability..ugh....call precision..out of stock 4 to 6 weeks..ugh...bayou bullets..out of stock..wtf!...i see BBI on this forum, call him today, sunday...actually get a voice...everything in stock...price cheaper than precision , includes shipping on case orders. Will be here by thurs. OUTSTANDING,,, owner tells me that, him being a shooter himself and being sick of being out of bullets himself, that always having stock on hand and being available 7 days a week will be a priority,,,, if this turns out to be a good product,,, they will be my go to guys from now on

  7. I have been paying $57.00/1000 for bear creek moly coated, but his supply has dried up.....I'm considering switching to a plated bullet and a more reliable source. I would just use precision but he isn't a reliable source either...he's 4 weeks out from having 9mm in stock. How does plated bullets stack up against moly coated???? They are signicantly more expensive and I average about 800 to a 1000 rounds a month.

  8. I have been using bear creek 147gr bullets now for about 2 years, but my local supplier is out of them and who knows when or if he will get any more, so I am looking for more options. I found a supplier in las vegas so thats one option. I saw a company called Xtreme bullets and they are plated, anybody have experience with them?,,, also considering Bayou Bullets but he doesn't take credit cards. My price for bear creeks were $57.00/1000 and no shipping, he is local. Its looking like my bullet expenses are about to double here. Any suggestions?

  9. I have a 226 elite 9mm.....i use a MMC adj. rear with a dawson #8 FO front @ .160 height....works great....i use a double alpha PDR holster for uspsa prod.

NOTE: the PDR Holster can be ordered either belt ride for idpa or low ride, which is like blade techs drop offset holster.

  10. I have a 226 elite 9mm,,,,,,it came with the MMC adj. night sights. I have installed a #8 TFO and a dawson #8 fiber optic front sight @ .160 sight height. Both of these have worked great with the MMC adj. rear sight, with plenty of adjustment left up or down.

The cool thing about the MMC is,,,, you adjust windage by just loosening the set screws,,, there is no need for a punch or a sight pusher,,,,it will slide back an forth rather easily, just be sure an use some blue lock tight on the set screws or they will loosen up on you

Also, by using the #8 TFO or dawson, you will get the same combat sight picture as factory,,,, Sig CS told me that the MMC is adj. for #7,8,9,,,i think you could use a #6 also.... hope this helps.
