  1. Ok... I've been reading about this match, and finally pulled the trigger and sent info in for sign-up... I shot FB3GN several years in a row, and heard this match was every bit as good, if not a touch better (more difficult)... So that leads me to my question... the $300 entry fee... is that per person? or teams? I was a little shocked, as I've been away for a few years, and match fees per person were $125-$145 back then.... just looking for some clarification. Thanks.

  2. Jesse,

They brought a couple of COR's to Buds, and they were shot next to TTI Gi gun and other very good GI guns, and COR shot softer, and flatter... The thing now is to see if they are durable and indestructible as the great DI guns... Reliability has always been an issue with piston guns

  3. Bryan,

This product is very 'cutting edge' as far as rails and hand guards go... it is a combination of aluminum and magnesium, and is 30-35% lighter than just billet aluminum itself... Looks like the rail and retaining nut weigh less than the competitions' rails alone... I'm not sure if Bravo Company is involved a lot in the 3 gun game, as they seem to cater more towards the professional operator side of the coin... For me, I love the innovation of bi-metal products, and welcome the product openly... Yes, it would be good to see them get involved and support our sport, and hopefully that will follow soon.

  4. Been reading some good info on these soon to be released handguards, that are supposed to weigh nearly nothing compared to conventional aluminum HG's... So far, info is only out regarding 10" and 13" models... Is there going to be a 15" or longer developed, and when are these supposed to hit the market?

  5. So I read through all the which scope is better threads, an none of them mentioned the one i think is better than all the scopes mentioned: Kahles k16i. It is almost a pound lighter than Vortex, has some great reticle options, a very bright daylight visible illuminated dot, and every bit as clear glass as swarovski... Yeah, it's on the high side as far as cost, but it's getting my vote... I'm surprised to not see more folks talking about it

  6. Been a lurker on and off here for many years... Shot a lot in 05-07, then changed hobbies to become an offroad motorcycle racer... After many miles and crashes, and several surgeries, I am back to my first love of shooting. Look forward to finding my old friends on here, and catching up on all I missed!

  7. Been away awhile, and came back to BGSL to one of the best matches I can remember shooting. Stages were well designed, and built to hold up well for 160 shooters...had a great time bringing up the rear of the C class, and will work harder to bring a better game next time...only saw one unsettling issue all weekend... An 'A' shooter pulled his last shot and acknowledged it verbally during unload show clear, however, it was last target to get scored.. One of his buddies threw tape on it after it was called a Mike, and A guy threw a fit for a reshoot... Other than that shameless act, all else went perfectly and I'm looking forward to next round of fun!
