How do you like the case feeder? I've been thinking about getting one.

I just got the hornady bullet feeder system going on my L&L AP it speeds up my reloading a lot. I bought a bunch of the .5" by 3' tubes from linen and things and load them while watching TV. Then I just have to switch out tubes and pull the cotter pin on end and waay I go for another 50 rounds. I just got done doing the same thing with my 650.... I did this awhile back and it has worked flawless for over 1,000 rounds now.

I use 3ft tubes from lines and things. They will hold 57 180gr .40s&w.

Looks like I may be on the hunt for a case feeder then...

I've been throwing around the idea of adding a casefeeder to one of my 550's for loading .40s&w. I remember seeing some not so great reviews of it when it first came out. I'm sure Dillon has worked out the bugs but was hoping to hear some feedback from folks who purchased a case feeder more recently.

I made one using a Hornady bullet feeder die and some plastic tubing. There is a thread floating around on ar15.com anout it.

Glad you didn't take shrapnel. Considering the pucker factor I'm sure you'll need a need stool
