Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I'm thinking probably not, but I would like to make sure.
  2. Thanks - for me cheap means $40 or less.
  3. Maybe I need to start these questions as a separate thread.
  4. Where do you buy the out belt separately? I have not found a site that offers it by itself.
  5. I too am looking to build up my first competition belt. I have a few questions I haven't seen answered here: 1. Why a belt at all? Why not use a molle chest rig and store mags/ammo there? It seems like it would be quicker. Is there a rule saying your gear has to be on your belt? 2. What model holster do people use for a government 1911? I'm looking for something that retains while moving but also is fairly inexpensive. 3. What mag pouch for AR15 mags? 4. Can you buy multiple outer belts (by themselves) to set up different rig configurations, or do you have to buy a second inner belt as well? Thanks.
  6. Since the ComforTech stock adds about $400 to the price of an M2 (over the American stock), I think our readers would be better served buying the American stock model and then adding a Limbsaver gel pad (for about $50). (search for "Speed Mount Recoil Pad" at Brownells) I think you'd get equal or better recoil effect for alot less money.
  7. I just received a ComforTech stock as a replacement for the standard (American) stock on the Benelli M2. Having seen the insides of both now, I am wondering how the ComforTech can possibly reduce perceived recoil. Both stocks are hollow plastic -- the ComforTech just seems to have little "laces" milled out of the plastic stock, then rubber inserts put in. Does this really make a difference? Here are spics of the ComforTech stock -- is this really all there is to it?
  8. Hi, has another seen or heard from Mike in the last couple weeks? His Accurate-Iron phone messages are full and I can't reach him. I've tried email also with no reply. Steve
