Well the match is over and preliminary stats are up. I need to do some more checking and work to make sure everything is OK. 94 shooters was more than we had expected and there was a big backup due to that and the number of movers in the stages so things weren't done until almost 6:00.

It is properly called the "Connector Body Collar Assembly" and is the part of the powder measure that mounts it to the powder die. As for the other it should be where PN 14051 is.

Part number 17071 is the entire handle ass. You can order it from Dillon.

Over the years I have been here I have read of a number of people using a "Black and Decker WorkMate" for mounting their press and loading that way.

Here is what I got when I started loading .50. The Lee "Classic Loader 50 BMG set" comes with press and dies (sizer, seater, and crimp. The Lee 50 BMG trimmer setup, a CH4D Swager (mounts on the press), and a RCBS 1500 Powder unit (throws the weight of powder you set it for).

B&N has the NST's on sale this week for $59.00. I just got an ad for them.

Well have we got a match for you folks this time. We have 8 stages for 207 rounds and are using pretty much all of our movers just to keep you entertained this time. This should be a very fun match.

If it is the original type and has the small round white piece it sounds like that piece is in backwards. It would need to be rotated 180 degrees. I installed mine that way once and had them all coming out upside down.

Come on Roy, I thought that we decoded that the name of the match was "Roy's Got Toys".

The only place I have ever seen them sold by the number of them is 7-11 and that is because they are $0.59 each or two for $ 0.99.

Welcome to the forum and it help-s if you tell people what part of the state you are from so they can tell you what is close.

I have a set of Weatherby dies and it includes both the FL sizer and the neck sizer. We have loaded with them using both an old RCBS single stage and a 550. If the rounds were only fired from my rifle we can get away with just neck sizing but if they were fired from my friends they have to be FL sized due to the differences in the two chambers so we have done it both ways at times.

Myself and a friend have had good luck using IMR7828 with bullets from 150 to 180 grain. You can get load info from the Hodgdon website. We both have Mark V Weatherby's.

Well I had it in my Master (Nook Tablet) for the match this last weekend and it ran fine.

It turned out that we had about a squad and a half that ran around the side instead of going through the door like they were supposed to and it wasn't caught by the RO's.

Hi guys and gals, well I got home at 6:15 and had stats up at USPSA at 6:30. Not too bad I guess. Due to at least a squad and a half shooting a stage wrong we had to throw out stage 8 but other than that the match went pretty well I guess.

So any particular classifier in mind?

I don't know yet, I will have to check with Roy later.

Just a bump and reminder that our match is next Sunday (Sept. 29th).

As I recall the correct blue is the old Ford engine block blue not the tractor blue.

I had a similar problem recently. I found that I had to strip down the machine and clean it because the machine was no longer going through the full travel to the top of the stroke. It has been working fine since then.

If a load listing in a book says X gr. (bullet type) with X gr. (powder) @ OAL , the OAL shown is the MINIMUM OAL not the max. If you are going to make the OAL shorter you have to decrees the powder charge.
Brian

OK Rob I guess that you get to design that stage. Don't let the shooters down now.

According to their manual a starting charge of N105 makes major with a 130 FMJ in 38 Super. That is the STARTING charge and is well under SAAMI max pressure.
