OK boys, here's what you do. You tell wifey that xx% of your pay and the same % of her pay go into a common pot for the house and common activities like vacation. Then 100-xx% of your pay is yours to do what you want and the same for her. For those of us who make more than our wives we get more to play with. The only problem with this plan is that it typically works best when initiated prior to marriage and even better before engagement. Who ever thought up this "oh you bought something so I have to get something of the same cost" crap? That's total BS. If you know a single guy tell him about this plan before he gives away half his crap and half of everything he makes in the future.
BTW, joined this forum after buying a XDM 9 (5.25) today from my favorite dealer at a gun show to learn what you cats are doing with yours.
