  1. I know this thread is a little older but I would like to clear up some confusion here. We here at Rocky Mounain Reloading DO NOT sell Xtreme bullets. We used to more than a year ago but the owner of Xtreme told me to my face that his goal was to put businesses like mine out of business. Which is fine. Business is business. But we do NOT have anything to do with Xtreme bullets anymore. I think we may still get a very small amount of their 2nds through a different vendor from time to time but we don't do any direct business with them. Having sold over 50 million Xtreme bullets, I know they are not of great quality. They are fine for cheap plinking but if you are a serious shooter you will likely move on to something of higher quality. We had lots of issues with customers complaining about inconsistent diameters, plating thickness, and horrible variations in flat point diameters. That said, the bullets coming from Nevada are much better than the ones coming out of Idaho. Now, our RMR Hardcore Match bullets are a different breed all together. Knowing that plated bullets often suffer from being resized while seating and crimping, we started with a hardened core. Most plated companies use the softest lead they can get for cost reasons. Our harder lead cores are then plated TWICE to get the proper thickness. Excess copper accumulates around the base which is then folded over to give it a "cupped" base. We also size our stuff twice after they are done plating. I personally feel that our RMR Hardcore Match bullet is every bit as good as a jacketed bullet. In fact, we have two customers that say they are the only plated bullet that they can get to work in full auto tommy guns without being destroyed. Lastly, one huge thing that separates us from Xtreme is we ALWAYS include shipping in all our prices and we ship all our stuff through USPS flat rate priority rather than the UPS ground.
  2. Hey, I know this thread is a little old, but I am the owner of RMRbullets and we just got some 220 grain Sierra Match Kings back in stock. Those have been a .300 Black Out favorite so I just wanted to let you know they are available.
