Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I want to get into Silhouette shooting here at the local club. I'm wondering if the CZ452 Ultra Lux 22LR is really Sub MOA at 100 yards? Thanks, Joe
  2. I purchased a CX4 Storm the other day. According to the label on the box it takes PX4 Storm magazines. It came with 2 17 round magazines. I ordered 5 of these magazines (P/N 740378 sorry it won't let me add a link) from MidwayUSA. They came in and upon first glance looked identical to the ones that came with my CX4. They would not lock into the carbine though. Upon close examination they are almost identical except for that the cut in the magazine that engages the release is about 1/2" lower than the mags that came with my CX4. What am I missing here? Thanks
  3. I put some soft Velcro on the case deflector. That seems to help. I still can't get my Chrono to work. I'm going to have to get a new one I guess.
  4. I will have to try the Chrono. No the GMs don't have dents in the case neck at all. The brass lands in a much more consolidated pile as well. I did trickle charge all of my loads to 44.0 grains of N550.
  5. I just made my first 10 Reloads for my Remington R-25. Everything worked flawlessly except for the dents in the case necks on ejection. I know AR-10s are hard on brass, and that a small (1/8") dent shouldn't affect reloading. Factory Gold Metal Match (which is all I've shot through it) does not have this denting problem. My thought is either the action is cycling too fast or too slow (i.e. too much or too little powder). I'm right between the the min and max load with Vhit 550 and 168 gr. Sierra Match King bullets. Any suggestions for how to minimize denting? Thanks, Joe
