Which lens does your Möbius have?
It's a friend's camera - I use a Mobius in my car as a dash cam.
I believe he has the standard lens on his.

Get yourself a Mobius camera on eBay.
It's the size of a matchbox. Just put velcro on the bottom of it, and glue velcro on the top of the brim of your hat.
And it's $70.

Hi, I posted on the RTS2 before and haven,t changed my mind despite sending one back for repair (early model). The lens is not much smaller, it may seem so because of the shape, but you adapt quickly. Yes, turning the dot on and adjusting may be a little slower but be reasonable, it's not an issue. Turn the brightness up and leave it there and dim if necessary. Yes, the dot isn,t quite as bright as the big scope but again it will suffice for all conditions, really, how much do you need. The pros far outweigh the cons. Size does matter, in this case, smaller is better. It's small, sleek, lightweight, good looking on a nice mount (Cheeley, Arredondo ) or whatever and once it's 100 percent it's obvious, it's the way to go, period. Plus, and this is big, you don't worry about ejecting case issues. Give It a try.
No one is saying anything disagreeing with your points there. But what is the point of a small, light, and pretty sight if it turns off randomly during a match? Might as well have a paper weight. Those are can also be small, light, and pretty.
I think the exasperation shown here reflects how much people want this sight to work. But it still doesn't after all these iterations. I'm still waiting - I really want to switch from a sidemounted serendipity to the RTS but absolutely refuse to pay to be a product tester for C-More.

One thing to keep in mind is that open guns are finicky. Buying a brand new STI Trubor is not a guarantee that you won't have issues. If anything, your odds are better with a used gun from a reputable seller. The kinks should have been worked through.
-
If only the rts worked. I'd switch to it from my 90 mount.
I am testing their latest mod, and is is holding so far.
The problem is, until a few people get tens of thousands of rounds through it with no issues, it would always be uncertain. And it only takes one time for it to screw up...
I'm not willing to gamble right now with these odds.

7.6gr with Berry 124gr projectiles loaded to 1.125 in 9mm with a Winchester SRP gave me 167pf out of a open Glock 17 with a KKM barrel.
I find 3n38 far nicer to shoot though.

I bought a GPS and returned it as I could not fit everything I wanted in it. Using a 5.11 rush 24 now.

Have both padded BFG VCAS and padded Viking VTAC. Prefer the VTAC - more comfortable whilst carrying a rifle. Both work the same way.

I had these shooting plated bullets in my open gun. Went away once I went to jacketed bullets.

What would be the advantage of the sleeves when compared to something like the Under Armour long sleeve HeatGear? It is extremely light weight and can be worn under a regular shirt or T-shirt.
I can still wear a shooting shirt without having to double up on layers. And I can wear sleeves of different patterns as I wish!

I use sleeves from www.sleefs.com and they work very well. Many colours and prints to choose from.

Anyone use these mags in sv steel grips?

Over the last few years, I've come to realise that the "springiness" of the reset, and a very short travel, matter more to me for shooting this sport than simply chasing the lightest break possible.

9.3gr behind 124gr Berry HBRN-TP at 1.240 in .38SC gets me 169pf out of a 5" no hole Schuemann AET barrel

My girlfriend (vietnamese) uses a pair of Smith Aegis Echo compact. They work well for her and have the thinnest arms possible.
-
Never used anything but a pair of 357 in mine
-
I had a pair of Smith Aegis Echo I've used for a long time (the arms are awesome and flat for double plugging). I've recently gone back to a pair of Oakley Radars since I only use plugs for outdoors now, and I am amazed at the much better optical quality of the Oakleys. I did not expect such a difference.
I've now ordered a pair of Rudy Genetyk to compare the Oakleys to.

Proprietary = loyalty?

Was considering rts 2. No way in hell I'm going that way now. Getting a slide ride for now until report on the delta point 2 come in. I don't really mind the side mounted slide ride but I really do want a mini rds instead.

AA7 is almost identical in charge weight I to 3n38 for me. Just much grittier and dirty.
-
Caspian grips are much thinner than any STI grip. They are also longer from the front to rear. More "rectangle" feeling than the "square" STI

I shoot the thick plated berry bullets. 124gr HBRN-TP is the full name. No issues with pushing them at 172pf. We often shoot 50 yard targets up here too.

Loving my pair of Peltor TEP-100s. They work fantastically for shooting- and I shoot open!
