    Shot the ZOMBIE match today lots of fun and lots of shooting!

    I did pretty good had a jam took about 15 sec to fix.

    The stages were really cool on stage 1 there was a Texas star as a bonus 3 sec each plate if I remember.

    Nobody shot it but me! The first time I hit 4 plates then moved on and (accidently) hit the steel wire that was hanging the targets so they fell. Then I got to reshoot the stage. That's when I had the jam! So I went for the Texas star again and nailed it

    Took about 9 shots to knock them all down but it made up for the jam, it was set about 25 yards away.The stages were great Cliff did a great job setting up.

    A lot of new shooters were there and they seemed to have fun.

    All in all it was a great match I think I did good have to wait for the scores to post.

    I would shoot this match again for sure.

    Shot my second steel match at the WAC. I think I did pretty good shot Production class with my glock 17. Finished 6th out of 14 in Production.

    I shot the smoke and hope my best time was a 4.47.. Is that any good for a basically New shooter?

    I have shot USPSA a few times and I love it I have placed well in production and have placed poorly! Also got DQ'ed 1 time!!!!!`

    I hope to get better and plan on working at it this is a great sport.

    Glock 17 Race gun build

    I have been thinking of building my G17 into a race gun. On a budget.

    Any reccomendations on parts will help. This is my first build like this.

    As far as optic goes I have been considering a Burris fastfire 2

    Or a sight mark sure shot, or minishot.

    Also a cmore sight.

    Looking for pros and cons on them.

    Also looking into a MAKO tactical scope mount from cheaperthandirt its only $39.97

    Any good?

    That's about as far as I have gotten.

    I just finished my Savage build. It's a .308 20 inch barrel b/c stock bipod and a fixed 10 power bushnell tactical

    Scope.

    I went to my local range its only 100 yards and watched a competition and I didn't like the way they had to shoot.and they were using 500 yard targets! Which I don't understand it seems to be the same distance,wind etc..

    They were laying down with some kind of jacket on and using a sling. I do NOT want to shoot that way. What class can I be in

    Were I just use my bipod and shoot either prone standing etc..?

    New guy here from Tampa Florida.I have Been shooting USPSA for about 6 months now and i am now addicted!

    Pick up that will help me better my game.I shoot production with a Glock 17
