  1. Hello i had a question on barney loading you mag. i shoot a g34 and i usually

choose not to barney my mags. well i got a procedural today for it. i always

thought barney loading was optional. i looked thru the rule book but couldnt

find it in there. now i have only been doing this sport for 2 months, so i could

    be wrong.

the reason i was told i got the procedural is because i wasnt at division

capacity for the stage. i argued that my gun was at division capacity that all

my mags had 10 rounds in them. but it was to no avail. now only loading 10

rounds in my mag didnt help or hurt me as far as the cof was concerned. there

was 6 targets on the cof and all needed 2 shots. so rather i had 10 or 11 rounds

in the gun it still needed a reload.

i was just wondering if someone can point me in the direction of the rule on

this. because untill today i always thought barneying your mag/gun was optional.

once again i am kinda of new so thanks in advance. im just trying to learn more

about the sport that i have come to love.

  3. After talking to a few people on this site and talking to Brandon at SVI i went ahead and ordered an SVI. I ordered the gun for shooting USPSA limited and Steel Challenge.

Brandon sent me a pick of what it will look like when its finished. hopefully i should have it in another 4 months.

here is the pic he sent me. mine is alittle diffrent, the cuts will go all the way down the dust cover, i have a flat trigger, Skater grip terrain grips, and some other small diffrences. But it will be the same Bronze and black theme

    USPSA .40 cal Limited

  4. I missed SS by 3 seconds. but i beat everyone in the MM class by more than 15 secs. so i cant complain. it was really fun. I would of had SS pretty easy but i went to fast on the last stage and really messed up my shots. my scores for the three stages were

    stage 1) 44 seconds

    stage 2) 41 seconds

    stage 3) 70 seconds

im actually kinda happy i missed getting SS right off the bat. i think it will be better for me at bigger matches. plus i have only been doing this for a month. so i was really happy with the way it turned out.

i have a vid of the day but it says i dont have enuff post to put links up. but if anyone really wanted to watch it my youtube channel is RAD406CI

    thanks for reading.
