  1. Mojo isn't that great. Felt one of their trigger jobs once and it got harder as you pulled it. Also it wasn't very smooth.

TK or Dave, or invest in materials and take it easy and read the forums and watch the Jerry video like I did.
Got the mickleck video and bobbed the hammer on my 38 super revolver, also had a 327 done by apex neither come close to the ppc gun I had mojo do. I did my 929 myself but it's set up for winchester so. ..bout 7.5 pounds. Maybe I got lucky with my mojo but smoothest and lightest trigger in my revolver stable. Yrmv and evidently did.

  2. Luckily I one mine in a match or I would've been mad. Just disappointed in accurr5. New bar sto barrel (before apex was available) all better now. Trigger was redone by aeti when I won it. Also had problems with light strikes. Do yourself a favor get another platform.

  3. I have had great success with Bayou Bullets in both 9 and .40. Always have my order in a couple days. Danny is a great guy to deal and you know he supports the sport.
I think Donny sold bayou some time ago

  4. Sorry to hear about that and language aside if I had the answer to your question I'd help. You could just attempt it yourself if you're competent in your mechanical ability and your google senses. Worse case scenario you take it to a gunsmith. Best case scenario you gain skills in working on your pistol

  5. Not sure about #9 but I use that on all my other guns cut with kroil. But Hoppes elite cleaner is recommend by s&w on the titanium cylinder. Might be hype but thats what I use with patches and copper brush. I figured no use taking chances. Someone else might chime in with more expertise. I'm no metalergist.

  6. Thanks I polished the internals didnt hone the trigger though (not comfortable with that yet) also lightened the rebound spring to 11lbs. Didn't bob the hammer though. I did do that on all my other revolvers. I could go lighter but hording the last of my federal primers. Thanks for all the info. This forum is really helpful. Costly though I've bought way to many toys due to this forum.

I am familiar with retail-type pricing on new and used guns. I was able to scoop up what I consider a good deal on a 5.25 XDM in 9mm. I was searching for a production division pistol that I didn't have to buy new and regret. I was able to shoot the XDM before buying, and it was comfortable and the recoil was tame. I believe after doing a full teardown at home that there are no aftermarket parts in this pistol, so I have a truly blank canvas should I choose to upgrade parts. For now, I am really just wanting to stay bone stock (gasp!) and get my fundamentals back after a 10 year break in shooting competitively. I was able to score some Blade Tech pouches and a holster for a good price, and am going to shoot a steel challenge match this weekend. I will report back after that.

    sum out-

    Well what's the report?

  8. Yep got it back fixed up ( new balls). Worked up a load with 160 grain bayou bullets sized to 356 in front of 3 grains of vv320 shoots just over an inch at 25 yds. Put a vortex red dot on it. Got the trigger at about 6 and a half pounds. Shooting Winchester primers. Hoarding the last of my federals until I find more. Still need to camfer the cylinders but I'm happy with it.
