Can you tell me how many coils you have in your 140mm and 170mm, hard as I try and with years of experiance I can only get 28 rounds in the 170 with dawson pads and grams springs and followers, thanks

It sounds like your getting good at it, not sticking your gun into a port is always a wise decision unless its your last position and you dont have to move from it. Not only does it take time to get the gun into and out of the port but if you happen to hit the port while leaving all sorts of disasters could occur. Im fairly tall and thus for most ports I have to squat. I have learned that if you swat down pay more attention to your sights as its an unnatural position and you tend to shoot low...just something to be aware of......

I have shot major 9 for the last 5 plus years, the best powder that Ive found is Ramshot Silohutte for the montana gold 124 try around 7.2 gr and for there newer 121 I use 7.5. As for the primers beware of the rifle primers, make sure they are seated all the way in other wise they may be to high and are struck by the slide. Good luck
