Slide glide on my glocks and motor oil for everything else. I run my 2011, Benelli and AR pretty wet and have never had any issues.
I did just order some fire clean after reading all the rave reviews. I'm finishing up my new 3gun ar build and ill throw some fire clean on that virgin rifle and see how it does.

I use clays for minor, but WST for major. I have no experience with solo.
Same here.
Wst and clays are always easy to find locally when you run out also.

Most, of the people I know have replaced their jp comps with a rolling thunder or SJC titan.

Pretty funny because i just picked up my Benelli from Mike yesterday.

My 180g minor loads have never had issues with steel. Power factor right around 138.

You will be very hard pressed to find any negative reviews about JP Rifles. They make the best competition AR rifles hands down. Odds are if it doesn't say JP on the outside it has all internal JP guts.

Every time someone has found out that I reload my own ammunition, I always get the question if i will reload for them. I have always given the same response which is, If they buy all the components they are more than welcome to come hang out and use my press.
No one has ever taken me up on it. I'm assuming because most of my friends are lazy, or they just don't like me that much.

Obvious question but...
Have you cleaned and oiled it since you got it? Give it a good look over while your in there looking for any possible manufacturing defects like burrs ect...

Robb Wolfs book "The Paleo Solution: The Original Human Diet" is a great place to start. It breaks down paleo and makes it incredibly easy to understand, he even includes a shopping/cooking guide to get you started on the right foot.
When I started cleaning up my diet it was really rough, My body was addicted to sugar from massive amounts of carbs and processed sugars. After about two weeks of eating clean i was sleeping better at night, no longer tired during the day, and i was killing it in the gym.
Paleo is hard to follow like any other diet because its so damn easy to cheat. Stick with it, you only have one body and you might as well make it last.

If your running XP or newer you should give VLC a try. It has replaced all other media players on all of my computers. Its that good, no more silly drivers either!

Power Factor is what we are trying to achieve. Power factor is calculated by multiplying bullet weight (in grains, 7,000 to the pound) by muzzle velocity (in feet per second), then dividing by 1000
You can reload some very nice shooting Minor and Major power factor loads using good ol' 40. The only real reason why people reload long or short is because of their chosen platform. Glocks and most other striker-fired pistols are reloaded to factors specs mostly because of magazine limitations. 19/2011 often load longer to help with feeding issues.
