Greetings from Bonaire, when I get to be there. You may want to wander over to www.georgiapacking.org and check their forums. Once a month on average some kind of competitive shooting event is held somewhere in the state either around Savannah or within 100 mile radius of Atlanta and a thread soliciting participants is posted. You may want to go to the Eagle Gun range website and see if they advertise any shooting events and to the Marion Road website (www.marionroad.com) as well. I'm pretty sure on most weekends there's some sort of shooting competition at Marion Road but I don't know the details. I've wanted to go to one of their events http://www.gadpa.com/ but haven't had the time.

I normally CC the SIS Pro in a Don Hume IWB single clip holster. (A CBST is in my near future) My Custom is lighter than the Pro but is more uncomfortable because of the barrel. Any updates?

Greetings from the UAE. I'm active duty AF with 18 years in, married with 3 kids doing a 1 year remote in the UAE before returning back to the family in Middle Georgia. I've been shooting to qualify for the AF for years but never took it up as a serious hobby until Nov '08. I've got two 1911s, a Winchester model 1200(?) and a Remington Model 700 in 7mmSTW that I thoroughly enjoy at the range and look forward to browsing the forums.
