the 700 5r is a great place to start, badger base and rings, swap the stock if you want magazines, and shoot it till you wear the barrel out. then get it blueprinted and have a custom barrel put on.

I am working on converting a jogging stroller. I know that you can buy ATV mounts but I was thinking of making somethign myself out of wood or pvc. what have others done as far as the homemade route and what if anything would you do differently?
