  1. You shot a good match Corey. I know the feeling you are talking about. I wasn't planning on winning the match, but would have liked to do better. I was looking forward to the classifier, and wanted increase my %. Miss and NS on color blind dropped me 20. This had some tough stages for us shooting SS. I had a few feeding problems and it cost me time. I also wasted time on the car stage. I put my mags in my back pocket to save time, but I went to the belt for each reload.(so much for saving time) Looking back I think I have been wasting a lot of time pausing between groups of targets, or waiting a second before I move. Well, I have plenty of things to work on, but had a great time at the match.

  2. I have misplaced my flow. I just can't seem to find it. I know it's here somewhere but the harder I look the more hidden it becomes. Letting go of this desire to find it is proving very hard right now.

I must let go and let flow!

We are what we think and all that comes from our thoughts. Be mindful of those thoughts because you will follow them just as the cart follows the ox that pulls it.

The more I learn to believe this the less my thoughts and desires control me and the richer all aspects of my life have become.

    How true, Thanks

  3. My Brother used to do that :) 1500 foot tower and got .68 a foot going up and .68 a foot going down :-D

He was a skydiver and literally had no fear of heights at all.

Not enough money to do that. :surprise:

  4. Added a little gas to the carb and it would run.

    :surprise:

It was just a little fuel. :D I guess I should have more correctly said throttle body. Fuel pump is in the tank and will need to be dropped. I called a local shop and they estimate $350 installed. I may just haul this out to the farm and fix it later to be used for hauling stuff. I have a older Suburban getting some minor repairs done that I will be driving in the future.

  5. Hi Rob,

Good luck at the MI match. Your stages looked great at IL. I'm going to MI also, but shooting on Saturday. Maybe I'll see you checking out the stages. I haven't got to shoot a match since the IL sectional, with family obligations and vehicle problems. My fuel pump just went out today, so it looks like dry fire only before this weekend. I was going to take my pistol to a smith today and practice on Thursday, but that's out now.

I'm sure you will have that A card soon.

  6. I hate my truck. I was going to meet Rich at Canyon Creek today. Went out to my truck and it would not start. Added a little gas to the carb and it would run. My fuel pump is out. :angry2:

Earlier this month I wanted to shoot a match at Tri-County Gun Club and my power steering hose was bad.

I've had this truck for ever, but I think it is time for it to go.

  7. Spiritual?? HaHaHa! You do need too get out more.

I would venture to say he gets out more than most any of us do.

One of Z's working outings is others travels of a lifetime. B)
