Somehow, while dry-firing, the end of my trigger return spring got jammed between the guide rod and the barrel on my new CZ75B in 40 S&W, and broke off.
Needless to say, my trigger is just sort of flopping around now. Not so good.
So, I need to order a new TRS, but I figure I may as well order some other replacement springs as well while I am it, if that would be advantageous.
I am a total beginner when it comes to pistol shooting, so I only have a basic idea what the advantages/disadvantages of different spring weights are.
I am not really planning on using this pistol for much competition. I plan to try shooting it in a local match just to get some experience (assuming I get new springs in time), but I am not rich enough to make USPSA or anything like that a regular hobby.
So I'm really looking for springs that would be reliable and nice for general purpose use. I was looking at czcustom.com, but I have no idea what to get!
Any ideas?
Edit: Hmm, I should have posted this in the CZ section. Woops.
