Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. They are attached to the crank via C-clips. However, I see that most of the wobble appears at the top, where the link arms are connected to the frame via the link arm pins 13834 (left) and 13881 (right). I am guessing, as I haven't taken the machine completely apart yet, but because I can see the wobble at the top of the link arms, that the holes at the top of the link arms have become slotted, allowing for extra play in the fit. Hope that helps! Cheers! McClintock
  2. Hi, all. I just wanted to post the question before I actually call Dillon about a problem I noticed yesterday with loading 9mm on a 550b. I noticed that the link arms (part numbers 13747 (right) and 13583 (left)) appear to wobble a bit on their shafts, which causes the primer punch hole in shell plate platform to move when returning the operating handle to the top of the stroke to seat a primer. The primer seating cup then binds up, as it's not properly aligned with the hole in the shell plate platform due to the twisting of the link arms (mostly noticeable on the right side, but a little on the left one as well). I don't recall seeing this sort of play before. When I first got the press (used), it was very tough to cycle, so I took it all apart and noticed that the link arms were galled, so I cleaned them up and polished them, after which it ran like a top for approximately 4,300 rounds.... until yesterday. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this sort of thing happening to them. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! McClintock
  3. I will definitely do that... if I'm able to find one up here! Anyone know of any Canadian retailers? Gun parts are notoriously hard for us to order from the 'States. Cheers! McClintock
  4. Just curious why would you wanna replace it? Have you noticed degrading accuracy already? How many rounds? Thanks. Just curious at this point. I bought the gun used, so I have no idea how many rounds are through it. I don't seem to get the accuracy that I get from my Smith M&P9, I've tried various versions (faster, slower, longer OAL, etc.) of my M&P target load, and a couple different brands of factory ammo as well, but the Smith shoots tighter groups with all the same ammo loads, out to 50 yards. I also noticed when cleaning the barrel that the copper brush is WAAAY looser in the CZ barrel than the Smith, which makes me wonder if the barrel is worn. I like the CZ and would like to keep shooting it, but if it isn't accurate... Oh, I shoot CPCA (Canadian Police Combat Association) PPC and Duty class (the Smith is my Duty Class gun), just in case you're wondering. Cheers! McClintock
  5. Wow, you guys work fast! Much appreciated, thanks everyone! Cheers! McClintock
  6. Does anyone know if there are aftermarket barrels available for the CZ-75? I have a pre-B model (CZ-75A?) 9mm, and I was just curious. I've poked around online a bit but haven't seen anything. Cheers! McClintock
