  1. Hello - can someone please tell me what is the size of the hex screws that's on the LPA TS sight. I like to get a replacement but do not know what is the correct size. Thanks in advance for the help.

  2. One other thing you may want to have checked..... Have the chamber checked by someone with a Clymer 9mm "finish" camber reamer. I've had too tight chambers on several 9mm's CAUSING intermitant failure to extract/chamber. You would probably never think this can happen but it is fairly common & will drive you nuts!! JUST bought a new Shadow and it was a bit tight... (enough to matter) I had enough of this and bought my own

Thanks, but mine is a 40SW and the barrel seems to be good with a lot of room to chamber the rounds. I also case gauge my rounds just to make sure I don't have a fat one on match day.

  3. are you talking about the ejector or the extractor in the slide?

if it's the extractor... strip the slide, then use a pin punch to drive out the pin holding the extractor. while the pin punch is holding the extractor in place, hold the slide with your hand over the ejector and carefully remove the pin punch. the extractor may be under heavy pressure so be careful you don't lose anything.

Oh sorry, I meant the extractor.

also what are you failure looking like..

all the same type? failures to chamber? eject? extract?

The failures are to load and chamber (maybe because of the long OAL and or magazine issue???). Then failure to extract the spent brass (kinda piggyback IIRCC). Those are the 2 types of problem I'm experiencing with my CZ75 TS.

Check out Henning's video on how to detail strip a EEA/Tanfoglio Witness. The Tanfoglio's are clones of the CZ. I think the major differences between the two are the hammer spring: CZ's go in from the bottom, while Tanfoglio's come in from the top; and trigger bar support: CZ's use a horseshoe shaped spring, while the Tanfoglio's use a plunger with a spring.

    Sige!

Thanks on the upper cleaning link.

    Salamat ulit!

  4. Hi, I'm wondering if someone here can help guide me on how to remove and clean the ejector for the CZ75 TS? I have not use my CZ75 TS for like a year or so. The reason for not using it is I always have a problem on FTE and FTF. But this weekend I decided to try it again and I'm still having same issues. The RO was wondering as well and after the match. We have a little conversation and little live test fire. He suggested to remove and clean the ejector for the ejection issue, shorten my OAL on my load to 1.125. Since he said CZ like short length. It seems to make sense since my load is from my G35 which is 1.135 OAL. Now my problem is I never ever work on my CZ except the normal field stripping and cleaning. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  5. I've been shooting BBI 130gr, 147gr and 180gr Poly (not moly) coated bullets with absolutely no fouling, tumbling or issues at all. I'm very happy with how these bullets shoot out of all my guns, not just my glock.

Sounds like marketing there. Can I get some sample please? :)

  6. I'm curious to know where you started on the list? I want to know how many "wait list applicants" made it in.

    I started out at 156.

Got a call last Wednesdy saying they had a slot for me (thanks USPSA) ... confirmed time off on Thursday (thanks boss dudes) ... going to the show ... my shooter number is 443.

Oh WOW! Congratz!!! What division you shooting?

  7. how much can you put on that dawson extension?

    19...easily loadable.

Did you change follower to get 19rnds? I have 3 dawson extension and I can only add +2???

No. One of my mags has a #4 follower and the other two have #8 followers. I DO have to "jiggle" the baseplate on one of the #8's to get it to feed past 17, though. You might try that.

Thanks, I will give it a try.
